I have always had an appreciation for great design and a real affinity with how objects can make you feel.

Even as a small child, much to the exasperation of my mother, I would spend all of my pocket money on small, inexpensive items I found beautiful. As a youngster I also had a passion for understanding the mind with thoughts of becoming a psychologist.

While embarking on an interior design course in London, I met a wonderfully inspirational teacher who combined psychology with design, fusing my passions. I was hooked and immediately retrained, honing my design flair by working with many esteemed studios including Harriet Anstruther Studio, Studio RUUF, Ennismore and MBDS, learning vital skills from each of them.

During the pandemic I began creating my own designs. Living much of a nomadic lifestyle myself over the years, I think familiar objects are a great way of making you feel at home, finding beauty that is affordable and transportable. You can’t take a kitchen with you, however objects can give you freedom!

Settling in Bali after the pandemic has awakened my senses to a space’s energy. As a certified Feng Shui consultant, I understand the significance of maximising positive energy to foster a balanced life.

I feel incredibly lucky to be creating connections, working closely with clients and being able to collaborate with many talented artisans. I have been able to work together with passionate, skilled individuals who have design ethics aligned with my own.

Home should be treated as a temple and the objects within it are the emblems of that. They tell a story about our life, and our evolution.
